The Design and Evaluation of Performance Indexes of Project Managers in Software Enterprises

چکیده
It is the software enterprises’ project actuation that makes it more difficult to evaluate project managers than the research and development personnel relatively. Based on the job analysis of project managers in enterprises, this article selects the performance indicators of project managers, and then evaluates the evaluation results through the analytic hierarchy process and weighted average method to make the performance evaluation more object and effective.
